In general, please add 1 business day for your order to process before it is sent to the warehouse for shipping. Then add the shipment times based on the shipping method selected during checkout. Typically if you order before 12pm Pacific time and your items are in stock, your order will ship the same day.
Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays (we follow UPS' holiday calendar)
Although we try our best to keep all of our items in stock, in some instances, we must "backorder" items. In most cases, we will be able to alert you that an item is out of stock at the time of your order. However, occasionally we don't know that an item is out of stock until the order is completely processed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We will not charge you any additional shipping charges for backordered shipments. Your shipping and handling charges are based on your total order, regardless of availability.
When you place an order, we will ship the in-stock items to you immediately. Out of stock items are shipped when they become available. APO and Non-U.S. orders are not shipped until all items are available.
We reserve the right to ship backordered items by a downgraded shipping method.

If you need your items by a certain date or you must have tracking #'s, please note that the free shipping option has no tracking and can take longer than the other shipping methods we offer. Free shipping does not guarantee delivery dates. Please select a UPS shipping method if you need it by a certain time.
