Amazon Fire
To link your Christian Cinema account to your Amazon Fire device:
- Get the Sign In popup on the Amazon Fire device, which has a registration code in it. In your app, click the "Link Device" button on the Home screen.
- You will then get a message, "From your computer or mobile device, go to www.christiancinema.com/digital/firetv and follow the on-screen instructions." (You will need the activation code to complete your registration.)
- After going to www.christiancinema.com/digital/firetv, enter the registration code on the screen in the designated field. The code will look something like 84206723 (an eight-digit number, no spaces), then click the "Link Device" button.
- Once linked, you will see this message, "Success! You have successfully linked your Amazon Fire Device! The Amazon Fire device screen should update within a few moments. To link another device, use the form below."
- Your app will automatically update with your login and close the popup in the app.
Android
To link your Christian Cinema account to your Android device:
- Download the Christian Cinema app from the Google Play Store. After downloading, please click to open the app and you should get the "Link Device" button on the Android device, which has a registration code in it. In your app, click the "Link Device" button on the Home screen.
- You will then get a message, "From your computer or mobile device, go to www.christiancinema.com/digital/android and follow the on-screen instructions." (You will need the activation code to complete your registration.)
- Using a web browser, please go to www.christiancinema.com/digital/android and enter the registration code found on the home screen of your Android device in the designated field. The code will look something like 84206723 (an eight-digit number, no spaces), then click the "Link Device" button.
- Once linked, you will see this message, "Success! You have successfully linked your Android Device! The Android Device screen should update within a few moments. To link another device, use the form below."
- Your Android app will automatically update with your login and close the popup in the app.
Apple
iPhone/iPad and Apple TV do not need to go through the multi-step linking process in the same way that the other apps do. On Apple devices, you simply enter your e-mail and password in the app and log in, and it automatically "links" your device in the background.
Roku
You can download our App, Christian Cinema LLC, on Roku. To link your Christian Cinema account to your Roku device, here is what you should do:
- Get the Sign In popup on the Roku device, which has a registration code in it
- Go to the website (https://www.christiancinema.com/digital/roku) and put the code provided in the Registration Code field and click Check Code then follow the on-screen instructions.
Customers can also make their purchases directly on our website and use their Apple, Amazon, and Roku (limited titles) devices to watch their films. Making purchases this way will also allow us to process any necessary refunds, as purchases made via third-party devices have to go through the respective manufacturer.
