Most customers who have this experience are attempting to play their films directly through their Smart TV. Regrettably, our platform does not support direct playback via Smart TVs.
We currently support the following devices: PC, Android, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Fire TV Stick, Roku, and fourth-generation (and up) Apple TV. Regrettably, at the moment, we do not support any smart TV platforms like LG, Samsung, Vizio, etc. directly. However, we are working on adding support for more devices.
You can also purchase a Google Chromecast device for about $35 at Best Buy, Amazon, etc. Once you have it connected to your TV, you can "cast" movies from your mobile device, laptop, or desktop computer to your TV using the Google Chrome web browser. Just visit the Chromecast setup page to get up and running.
If the aforementioned ways are not viable for you or if you would prefer a refund, we will gladly refund your purchase, just let us know.
